Day 3 – 6 week PBE cycle

Morning weigh-in: 174.5 lbs  No change from yesterday.  Ate clean on Tuesday, had one beer Tuesday night while listening to the Jay-Z & Beyonce concert at the roof-top patio.

Fitness:  Hit the Tuesday workout for Foundation One routine through Gymnastic Bodies and then one cycle of Tabata.

Nutrition:  Having roommates to cook meals with makes healthy nutrition infinitely easier.  The roomies made some chicken burgers & brussel sprouts last night, plus some leftover steak and a protein shake post workout.  Getting solid calories intake.
