Day 9 – 6 week PBE cycle

Morning weigh-in: 171 lbs  The floor is falling out from under this place!  2 pounds in one day seems like a fluke.  Expect a flat or higher number tomorrow.

Fitness:  Jumped into  week 2 of the GST training yesterday and followed it up with some jump rope and 20 minutes on the bike.

Nutrition: Eggs with onion, spinach and bacon in the morning.  Chicken with vegetables for lunch.  Ground beef with vegetables for dinner.  A couple of beers and some snack bar food to close out the evening.
