Morning weigh-in: 171.5 lbs Past 5 days have not been friendly to the scale. I was not very good on my meal plan and did not stay on track over the weekend. This is main struggle for me; balancing routine and restraint in an city that promotes day drinking and exploring.
Fitness: Still on track with the GST, entering week 3. Final week of additional loading before a de-load week 4 and I’ve added a strength move to the each day this week (bench press, squat, shoulder press, deadlift). Wish me luck.
