Morning weigh-in: 173 lbs Alright, we are trending the wrong direction here, but it’s not my fault! #In-N-Out #Burger
Fitness: Started taking a class after work which is going to eat up a lot my time on Tuesday/Thursday nights. Took a rest day yesterday but getting back after it with 4 days of GST plus strength movements, it’s going to be aggressive.
Nutrition: Based on the weight, you can tell this is not going well. That said, I’m still tracking my food log this week so should be some interesting numbers at the end of this week.
