Morning weigh-in: 175.5 lbs And we are back at the starting point… 23 days in and I think we are seeing the general pattern here. The largest factor in weight gain/loss is nutrition and my nutrition game has been rough!
Fitness: Week 5 of GST, last week was a de-load with lower reps and holds and started back into the loading this week. Finished up Week 5 / Day 1 GST with 3 sets of 40lbs dumbbell bench press.
