Day Fail – 6 week PBE cycle

Morning weigh-in: 174.5 lbs  You can look back at the last couple posts or just reference the title of this post …. the 6 week cycle was a failure.  Time to get back on that horse and try again.  Getting back into my 80/20 paleo meal plan today and we’ll see how it goes.

Fitness:  The gymnastics strength training has been incredible.  Finding improved mobility and stability which should translate into better performance when I get back after the iron.  Did some pull-ups and shoulder press work over the weekend and felt great!  Opening up my hips with some stretching and foam rolling everything, it hurts but I love it.

Nutrition: Getting back on the 80/20 meal plan.
