Day 2 – 6 week PBE cycle

Morning weigh-in: 174.5 lbs  Dropped some of the excess weekend binge weight.  Ate very clean on Monday so the scale is looking more respectable this morning.

Fitness:  Hit the Monday workout for Foundation One routine through Gymnastic Bodies and then through in one cycle of Tabata.  Listened to Hip Hop Tabata from TabataSongs, great way to track the time without using a watch.  Allowed me to focus on my exercises and stay in a rhythm.  Check out this youtube video of Andrea Ager doing a Tabata routine.  Ager Bomb is killing it!!!

Nutrition: This morning I made my Bulletproof Coffee, or in honor of this site maybe I should call it the Coffee Burger.  That was the full breakfast (besides glasses of water) that I had until lunch at 12pm.  For one, the coffee gives plenty of energy for the morning and the fat/protein keeps me full.  Second, I just put my body through approximately 14 hour carbohydrate fast.  This is a form of intermittent fasting.

Coffee Burger Recipe – Blend the following items

  • 2 cups drip coffee (brewed)
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Kerry’s Gold Grass Fed Butter
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • Cinnamon
